Chris Maxey aka X-E-Dos became immersed in the UK rave music phenomena at the age of 16 when he worked in Replay Records in Bath. His first release came in 1996 and over the next 4 years he released under various monikers for labels such as Street Beats (a subsidiary of Basement Records), Hard Leaders & Tech Itch. Formed the Coalition in the early noughties alongside Luke McMillan, aka The DJ Producer and they continued releasing their wares on Hard Leaders amongst other labels. Then in around 2004 Chris retired from production altogether due to family and work duties and he disappeared into obscurity. Then in 2014 he returned. Children now old enough to tie there own shoelaces and Chris was itching to get back amongst it and delve into all this new technology and so X-E-Dos was born. A few releases on Boomsha and a few remixes for Bay-B-Kane’s Ruff Guidance label later. and Ghetto Dub receive a demo with some tracks on that can only be describes as “Pure Filth”

Now the “I Don’t Belong EP” is primed and ready to be let loose into the world. Four tracks that are only for the seriously headstrong of junglists amongst us. If you like distorted bass and filthy screaming amens then your onto a winner here! If not.. Run away and hide!!!
